Our work
Horse’s Mouth Media is a strategic creative company working across brand, film, content, campaigns, events and original formats. We help organisations clarify what they need to communicate, shape the creative response and bring together the right team to deliver it.
Our projects typically span between one week and one month from creative brief to delivery.
Every project is scoped according to its objectives, complexity, team and deliverables. Once we understand the brief, we provide a clear proposal outlining the recommended approach, scope, timeline and fee.
For more strategic or complex projects, we may recommend a short paid development or discovery phase before moving into full production
We have particular experience across finance, investment, private capital, hospitality, art and culture, professional services and purpose-led organisations. We are also interested in working with ambitious businesses in other sectors where strong storytelling and creative communication can make a meaningful difference.
Usually, we begin with a conversation. We want to understand what you are trying to achieve, who you need to reach and what is currently getting in the way.
From there, we can recommend the most appropriate next step whether that is a strategy session, creative development, a defined production brief or a broader programme of work.
Your project
Numerous studies have shown that “less is more” when it comes to online video. 15 to 25 seconds is typical for Social Media ads, 30 seconds is the standard for a TV commercial. A video including interview soundbites might run to 2 or 3 minutes. However, we would always caution against trying to say too much in a single video. Break your messaging down into a series of shorter films if you can.
Our director will be patient and dedicated to making sure you look and sound your best, perfectly conveying your message. Remember, this isn’t live TV we can always re-record. Rest assured, we will make you look brilliant!
No. Film remains one of our core strengths, but it is often only one part of the answer. Depending on the brief, our work can also involve strategy, positioning, messaging, branding, social content, campaigns, pitch decks, events and original media formats.
